  • Freud's SD600 Series Dial-A-Width Dado Set is a stacked dado set, but the shims have been replaced with a patented dial system, which allows users to adjust the width of cut via a patented dial hub capable of micro adjustments.
  • Each "click" of the dial adjusts the blade by .004"; with an adjustable width range of 1/4" to 29/32".
  • The Dial-A-Width Dado Set mounts easily with no loose components to hassle with, and the adjustable-hub allows users to fine tune the width of the dado without ever removing the dado cutter from the table saw.
  • It comes with 5 chippers (4 at 1/8" and 1 at 3/32"). When combined with the 3/32" chippers, the hub ensures a super precise fit-even on undersized plywood.
  • The MicroGrain carbide is designed and manufactured specifically by Freud for splinter-free, flat bottom grooves in a variety of materials.
  • Oversized teeth allow for longer cutting life between sharpings as well as more resharpenings. The unique shear angles of the teeth slice through any material with razor sharp precision.
